We will not be recording sessions on the day. This is both to maintain a spirit of openness and sharing and spontaneity, and also because we couldn’t find a way to get it working that wasn’t a massive faff.
Sessions will be automatically transcribed where possible for accessibility reasons. All the conference channels will be limited to conference attendees only following the event, and deleted the following week.
We will have a dedicated notes taker from the event — honor (hnr#2362). Honor will be taking notes in a Hedgedoc below. You are welcome to add to this yourself, delete anything you don’t want to be known, or ask honor to record something for you specifically.
This will be locked after the event and be the only documentation we take from the day.
