  • 2 ongoing stages, will increase to 3 if we have too many talks

  • Rule of two feet / one mouse - just go where you want - get used to joining and leaving. Suggest people turn off room join sounds in discord.
  • You will need to broadcast in Discord - we strongly reccommend you doing a test run in the tech-support channel even if you’ve done this on discord before, slots are tight and 5 min faffing is half a slot.
  • You’re encouraged to take breaks and not try to “complete” the day!
  • Everything will be deleted one week after the event - so take anything you need while you’re here. We’ll restict viewing this to only people who attended too immediately after the event
• After this we will have 15 mins to pitch talks and then the team will go away and do the initial seed
